Serena Apartment

Serena is a holiday apartment located in the historic center of Florence. It has a refined atmosphere and designer furnishings. What makes this vacation rental truly unique is its history. Renovated in the 1960s by Arnaldo Pomodoro, it has kept its period charm intact. All the furnishings have been carefully selected to integrate perfectly with the structure of the building; the bathroom and kitchen designed by the famous architect have been preserved to this day.

DESCRIPTION

On the second floor of an elegant building, this holiday apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It overlooks an internal courtyard and consists of a bright living and dining room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with tub and shower. To ensure absolute privacy, the living area is separated from the sleeping area by a practical sliding wall. Many design pieces have been used to furnish this holiday apartment in order to make your stay in Florence unique: the Driade table, the Philippe Stark chairs, the Artemide lights and numerous furnishing accessories designed by Kartel.

POSITION

The Serena holiday home is located right in the historic center of Florence. Located in one of the most prestigious streets of the city, it is a few steps from the Botanical Garden (Giardino dei Semplici), the Natural History Museum, the magnificent Giardino della Gherardesca and the Accademia Gallery, where the famous Michelangelo the statue of David is in sight. Close to Piazza Santissima Annunziata with its Archaeological Museum and  the hospital of the Innocents, the apartment is strategically positioned to get around the city. Piazza del Duomo and San Lorenzo are only a few steps away from this tourist apartment.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

All our apartments are equipped with the essential equipment to allow guests to start their holiday in Florence in absolute comfort. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and double glazing to ensure a good night's rest.

Fully equipped kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and basic provisions: water, oil, salt, pasta and a bottle of good Tuscan wine. Plus milk, coffee, tea, sugar, jam and croissants for your breakfast in Florence.

Bedrooms

Scented sheets, blankets and extra pillows are available in the closet for use if needed. Baby cots are available upon request.

The bathroom is stocked with soft towels, toilet paper and soap.
